Social Media Shin-Dig - Trick or Tweet
Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 7:00 PM (CDT)
Guys and ghouls, get ready to trick or tweet.
The best Halloween party of the year is coming to a bar near you – Shin-Dig style. Don’t be scared, YOU'RE INVITED!
You know we’re a non-traditional bunch, so don’t expect to bob for apples or beg for candy. There WILL be costumes (for those of you who dare), and there will be plenty of drinks and snacks to keep you sated – and you won’t even have to go door-to-door.
The dirty deets:
Who: The Frightening Flock (us, duh)
When: October 26, 7 pm – your facepaint melts off and your bunny ears are covered in rum.
Why: To meet up with your fellow social media lovers, neighbors and creative creatures.
Plus, Verizon is making a very spooky appearance as our one-night sponsor. Expect to see some spine-tingling new devices, and be sure to bring your dusty old phones (we know you just bought the 4S) to donate to the HopeLine program, an organization that takes retired cell phones and refurbishes them for survivors of domestic violence.
RSVP today, and place your bets on the following:
What will be the best costume worn at the Shin-Dig?
-Sheep in wolf's clothing
-Sexy sheep (you know, the one with the painted hooves)
-Oxford comma (the scariest one of all)
-One-man flash mob
Oh, and you can also bet there will be PRIZES for the best costume and the most aggressive hashtagger (and if you dress up as the hashtag, it's double points). Tag this >> #SheepShinDig
